Any advertisement listed on the website will remain active until it is removed by the User who posted it, the listing period expires, or BizDeals365 removes or modifies the listing due to a breach of any terms of this Agreement. They also agree not to use the website to display content that misrepresents, causes controversy, or is against the public interest in any way. In such cases, it will be treated as a violation of this Agreement, and BizDeals365 reserves the right to remove such listings.

All submitted images must be for the promotion of business opportunities only. Multiple business advertisements under a single listing or multiple listings for the same business opportunity are prohibited. Once a business opportunity is listed, it cannot be edited or modified to promote a different opportunity or entity.

BizDeals365 has the authority to investigate, display, access, modify, download, copy, link, or otherwise refer to any part of a listing by any means deemed useful or necessary. The User must ensure that they, or their representatives, respond to all inquiries related to their listings within seventy-two (72) hours in a professional and respectful manner, providing all requested information to prospective buyers at no cost, allowing them to make an informed decision.

Listing on our website does not guarantee lead generation. BizDeals365 does not verify the content of any listing, and it is the User's responsibility to independently verify the information posted by the advertiser. We do not guarantee that a listing will result in lead generation. While we take reasonable measures to maintain data backups and resume website operations in case of system or network interruptions, we do not guarantee continuous uptime. Users agree that no refunds will be issued for any downtime that may occur. Users are also responsible for maintaining backup copies of all information, photographs, and other materials uploaded to our site. BizDeals365 will not be held accountable for any loss of data, downtime, or any losses resulting from such incidents.

Additionally, you warrant and represent that:

Any agency or third party seeking to post a listing on behalf of a Franchise must provide written authorization from the Franchisor, confirming that the agent or marketing representative is duly authorized to create the listing on the Franchisor’s behalf.

Broker Directory

BizDeals365 offers a Broker Directory service that assists Users in finding qualified business brokers. However, BizDeals365 does not guarantee lead generation for Brokers who list their services on the website. Certain states and territories require a business broker license to operate within those jurisdictions. Brokers listing their services on our platform must hold a valid broker license in the relevant states and provide an accurate representation of their qualifications. In the event that a broker makes false claims regarding their skills, qualifications, experience, or expertise, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate their access to the website’s services and remove any listings without refunding any listing fees paid by the broker.
