Is it free to create ad and advertise on this site?
This is a subscription based site. It is not free. Please see the pricing section for more information.
If the sale occurs before the ad expiration or if I cancel the subscription before the current term, can I get a prorated refund?
You can login and cancel your ad any time but we do not offer prorated refunds. It's your responsibility to cancel the subscription. We are unable to issue any refund.
Will my subscription continue to renew automatically?
Yes. It's your responsibility to cancel the subscription. Your ad will continue to be displayed until the end of the subscription term. However, you can delete the ad by login into your account. This will immediately stop the ad from being shown in the search results.
We make every effort to ensure that the listings and responses are genuine. However, we do not guarantee the correctness of the ad nor for the genuineness of the inquiries.
How do I disable the ad and email responses?
You can delete or hide the ad by logging into your account and then it will no longer appear in the search results.
What is the difference between deleting and hiding an ad?
Hiding an ad will prevent it from appearing in the search results. You can un-hide it later if needed. Deleting an ad will permanently delete the ad from your account and it will no longer be visible.
Are you a business broker or agent?
We are an advertisement listing platform. We do not provide broker services. However you are free to contact brokers from the broker directory.
