I have owned and operated a small business and previously spent 36 years in the Semiconductor Equipment Industry, serving in C-Level roles as Chairman, CEO and COO for more than 25 years in Venture Capital backed start-ups and Turnaround situations. I took one company public in an IPO and managed two M&A transactions merging small, privately held companies into significantly larger, publicly traded corporations. I hold both a Bachelors and a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.
