I have a diverse background of experience that enables me to serve the business community in several ways:
• My degree is in Business Administration and Accounting. I have years of accounting experience for publicly and privately held companies.
• I was the administrator for a business litigation law firm for 16 years, an experience which exposed me to the wide variety of problems that can arise when companies transfer ownership and taught me how I could help small business owners prepare for a successful exit plan.
• I am licensed real estate broker, with 10 years’ experience in residential real estate sales. The daily tools of real estate – evaluating the needs of buyers and sellers, marketing, negotiating, writing contracts, communicating with government agencies, solving problems to facilitate closing – have built a solid foundation for excellence in business sales, mergers, and acquisitions.
The company that I work with – Business Team – is the largest business brokerage in the western United States. The company has sold over 7,000 businesses since 1981. I am pleased to say that I am the top producer in Southern California. It is an honor to provide my services to the residents of Orange County.
