WHO AM I?

A multi-talented entrepreneur with over 35 plus years of experience and knowledge across almost all Business and industry sectors. A board-certified Chartered Accountant from the prestigious Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales I have over 35 plus years honed my expertise and experience guiding business owners towards achieving significant additional value of their business so they can sell at significantly more multiple than other similar businesses.

My first 9 years of my career were spent with the Accounting and Consulting giants E&Y and PWC providing me a solid foundation of knowledge and experience enabling me to transition into successfully operating and building my own accounting and consulting practice offering comprehensive solutions in accounting, taxation, strategic planning, advisory, and exit strategy services to entrepreneurs. My passion for entrepreneurship led me to establish and grow multiple businesses, some in collaboration with dedicated partners from which I exited successfully having created exit strategies for each one while building them.

My experience, knowledge, and understanding of the intricacies of businesses and their management, operations, revenue streams, and profitability coupled with my strong interpersonal and negotiation skills enable me to create tailored strategies for value building and successful business exits. I take great pride in fostering long-term relationships with clients and empowering them to achieve their goals.
